First make sure both photo sets show the same item
Match the product code, color, variant, size, source, and distinctive details. Then compare shape, construction, measurements, and missing angles. QC photos can show useful details, but they cannot prove authenticity or seller reliability.
What each photo set can show
Album photos
These usually show the item under chosen lighting and angles. Use them to understand the expected design, color, and visible details.
QC photos
These may show a received or prepared item in a warehouse-style setting. They can reveal scale, shape, construction, and measurements, but the set may still be incomplete.
Check that both sets show the same item
- Match the exact product code when one is shown.
- Compare the color, material, size, and variant.
- Check the source URL or order reference.
- Look for distinctive construction details, not only the overall shape.
- Make sure the QC set is not for a similar item or another batch.
What to compare by product type
Shoes
Toe and heel shape, side profile, sole pattern, stitching, material changes, size label, and insole measurement.
Clothing
Overall cut, shoulder, chest and length measurements, seams, print or embroidery placement, fabric, and labels.
Bags and accessories
Dimensions, symmetry, corners, closure, handle joins, hardware, lining, pockets, and included pieces.
Read measurements carefully
Compare the size in the QC set with the album’s size chart, then check how each measurement was taken. Chest width measured flat is not the same as full circumference. Shoe insole length is not the same as foot length. If the ruler or camera angle is unclear, do not treat a small difference as exact.
What a photo can hide
Compression, lighting, white balance, lens distortion, and perspective can change color and proportion. If the outsole, label, interior, or ruler angle is missing, write down that it is missing instead of assuming it looks fine.
QC photos cannot prove authenticity or seller reliability
A QC photo shows only what is visible in that set. It cannot establish origin, hidden materials, authenticity, uploader identity, stock, future shipping condition, or payment protection.
Before you make a decision
- The album and QC set share a believable item reference.
- The selected color, size, and variant match.
- The important angles for this product type are present.
- Measurements are readable and use a comparable method.
- You wrote down differences instead of explaining them away.
- You checked the source, seller, and payment route separately.
Write a comparison someone else could repeat
For each observation, record the album URL and image number, QC source and date, selected variant, matching angle, visible difference, and what remains unseen. Keep order identifiers in your private record; do not publish personal details in shared screenshots.
