Use the product code exactly as written
Copy every letter, hyphen, and leading zero. Add the product type if the code returns unrelated pages. A matching code helps, but it is not enough on its own; compare the color, photos, measurements, and source page as well.

Compare several albums without losing track
Use the same short search and note the album name, direct URL, product code, and date checked. Repeating the same columns makes comparison easier. Similar album names do not prove that the pages share an owner or source.
Save direct links with short notes
Keep the direct album or item URL, not only a homepage. Add a plain label, category, code, source link, QC photo link, and one sentence explaining why you saved it. Remove duplicate rows that add nothing new.
Add a “last checked” date
Revisit only the links that still matter. A page changing does not tell you why it changed, and an unchanged page does not prove that an item is still available. Your date is a reminder to check again, not a promise that the page is current.
